SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY (October-May)
This thoughtfully furnished, spacious home is a 15-20 minute walk from Misquamicut Beach in Westerly. It is also a short drive from beautiful Watch Hill, historic Ocean House, downtown Westerly & Mystic, CT.

The house can sleep up to 8 people (3 king beds & a day bed with a trundle). The house also has a pack n' play & a toddler bed. There is an above-ground pool & an outdoor lounge & eating area in the back yard. The pool is only open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

$5,000/month is only valid for October through May! ALL utilities are included in the monthly price. Local house cleaner recommendation available upon request. The listing is also posted on Airbnb & VRBO for short-term rentals.

First month's rent ($5,000) & damage deposit ($2,500) is due at signing. Pet deposit as well, if applicable. Absolutely NO smoking is allowed in or around the premises. All utilities are included (oil, electric, trash, WiFi, water).
