Room Description

Cozy room in a bright home! The bedroom itself is a 10'x10' with a 4'10" closet. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. The bedroom has a brand new ceiling fan, fresh paint, and brand new carpet. The home is a 3/2 (separate bathrooms) and 1120sqft with an attached garage and space for you to park in the driveway. The kitchen is very open and bright and the living room is perfect for movie night. The back yard has a wide variety of fruit trees and a full patio set for hosting dinners. No rear neighbor means we have a lovely view of open land all the way out to the delta and a view of the sunset in the summer. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. All of the appliances are new and spacious (large fridge, large washer/dryer, double oven).

Who you'll be living with: I'm a 38y/o man (other two rooms are my bedroom and office). I work full time as a teacher with frequent weekend travel. I love hosting board game nights, but also enjoy a quiet home. I'm tidy, but not a clean freak, and understand the importance of respecting shared spaces. Some nights I retreat into my room to recharge and some night I love to hang out and chat all night. My newest hobby has been little projects around the house to further increase the quality of living in this already comfortable home. This is a peaceful, owner-occupied home rather than a party house, and I'm looking for someone who appreciates that kind of environment. I would love to find someone in a comparable season of life.

I'm hoping to find one responsible adult with stable employment and reliable income who pays rent on time, communicates openly, cleans up after themselves, and treats the home with care. I'd love to find someone looking for a long-term home and not just a place to sleep for a season.

12mo lease, then month to month. Individuals only, no pets, no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. Parking in the driveway. Rent is $1100/mo due on the 1st, plus an equal share of all bills, deposit is $1100. Strong preference toward a tenant who would prefer to stay long term (years).

  • Trulia User
"Some dog owners unleashed their dogs sometimes while at the walking trail when kids and seniors were walking along, dangerous dogs like pitfalls. "
  • Amber H. D.
"It's quiet in my neighborhood, not too much activity on this side. Feel safe walking the dog, but not on the busy street because of speeding. "
  • Naranjo23valerie
"There are many other dogs on the block, but you don’t really notice until you try to walk you dog and almost every house has a dog barking at your dog. "

  • Samuel M.
"There are many stray dogs around the area. Aside from that it seems like a good area for dog owners "
