Located in the desirable Downriver area (just 2 blocks from the golf course), this classic bungalow sits across from the parkway with no neighbors across the street! Warm and inviting, this home has been updated but still retains it's classic detail and finish with an inviting wood burning fireplace and hardwood floors on the main floor. The updated kitchen features plenty of storage and an informal dining area. An additional bedroom and bath are in the basement as well. An oversized 1 car garage has plenty of space for a shop area. Wired for generator hookup to panel.

"There's not really any community events aside from school and church functions, however, the people in the neighborhood are friendly and look after one another. We have kids between the ages of 7 and 14, so the schools being close enough to walk is a plus!"

"I've lived here 8 years. The people here watch out for each other. You can take a bus everywhere you need to go if you don't have a car. Everything you would need is close by but the area isn't too congested."

  • Marriah M.
"I lived in this neighborhood for 21 years and it was the best years of my life. Great friendly neighbors who are willing to help out, like when we had that big power outage in Spokane people in this neighborhood had extension chords running acrossed the street in order to lend power to those who didn't have it. I wouldn't trade the years I spent in this neighborhood for any amount of money."

  • Marcia M.
"Spokane is a small, big city, just right. Downtown has Riverfront Park which is family oriented with it's famous carousal, IMAX, skating rink. (A world's fair was held here, so we have lots of beautiful clean parks, activities and entertainment. I love living here!"
