"There’s not really any community events I participate in, but farmers market is a good family-friendly event "
  • Pearlstory19
"Dog owners would MOST like that neighbors aren’t too concerned with dogs going potty in their yards, as long as you keep things picked up. Dog owners would NOT like, is that there are coyotes in the area and can scare the dogs day or night."
  • Trulia User
"Beautiful neighborhood and people. very respectful and safe place! I was just visiting but wouldn't mind living here. "
  • Trulia User
"Just 2 blocks from county jail and mental health facilities. lots of transients. Had our vehicles broken into and had a man try to get in my daughter's 2nd floor bedroom. We no longer feel safe."
  • Trulia User
"Nice neighborhood. Beautiful surroundings and gorgeous neighborhoods to walk with your family as well as a walk down to the marina."

"Family friendly neighborhood. Great sense of community. Great views of Possession sound. Everyone mows their lawn! "
  • Smithnumberthree
"A lot of transients in the area. Therefore there is a lot of garbage and broken glass around. Probably due to the jail being located in the middle of town and many shelters and such in the area. Also, the town seems to lack adequate lighting in the neighborhoods. "
  • Kristaludwig23
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year now and I love how many parents are near by and I’m grateful to be able to talk walks with my kids and feel safe and feel like everyone is looking out for me."
  • Joekeo_619
"Although it is a busy area, a lot of my son’s friends/ classmates live nearby. We border multiple school districts. Neighbors near us are very friendly and willing to help you if you ask. "
  • Jaysoto20
"People walk there dogs all the time and pick up after themselves so it’s great no need for a reminder "
  • Nicole H.
"It feels safe and we know all of our neighbors. There isnt however a ton of places to let my son ride his bike safely on our street though, unfortunately."
  • Nicole H.
"It feels welcoming and safe for children to play. During the summer my son and I love to walk down to the farmers market. "
  • Norma J. O.

  • Yougotmail
"It's tweaker street!!! Don't plan to rent with kids or your car to be safe. it's a cute little place expect the trashed driveway in the day time but homeless street walkers all over at night"
  • Nwdesigngroup
"Great access to freeway and multiple methods of transport close: bus, car, train for commuting to major metro area a"

Located parallel to Broadway and Colby this street runs from the Everett Stadium, home of the Auquasox baseball, and the Court house on the North end. The Comcast Arena is within walking distance as well as the downtown area which has been revitalized in the past few years. The Everett Clinic as well as many professional business' are all withing walking distance. Many at the Clinic and Courthouse use Rockefeller to walk during lunches and Kiwanis Park is a good spot for a sit down lunch.
