The heating system consists of gas- forced hot air for the first floor (15 yrs). The 2nd floor has 2 yr old gas boiler. The 3rd floor has a Williams gas-fired vented heating system that is approx. 8 years old. There are 4 electric service units. Each apartment has 100 Amp service and there is a landlord 60 Amp unit that also services the two garages. A hardwired Alarm system has been installed. There are 3 gas water tanks 40 gals. the 2nd floor tank is 15 years old 1st and 2nd floor thanks are NEW. ALL tanks are rentals. There are inline valves in the system so if a tank fails, valves can be operated so no tenant is without hot water. Also in the basement, there is a landlord's office with a desk and chair with a tool area. There is a second landlord storage for supplies.
