Yes this has RV or trailer parking. Sprinkling system is new, so there is a new sprinkling system in front and back yards, but as of right now the grass is only in the front yard. There is a patio slab, but as of right now you will need an umbrella for shade, full walkway concrete around all sides of the house, close to Ramona Expressway, 215, 60, 91--what a beautiful remodeled property inside and outside.
