Simon & Seaports Restaurant and the Captain Cook Hotel are 2 minutes way. This is the perfect downtown Anchorage location.

Property is available November 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026. You may lease for this entire period or a shorter stay. There is a three month minimum on any lease period.
