About this House

This neighborhood is quiet, five minutes from HWY 405, with banks, hospitals, grocery stores, churches, and the best North Shore schools. There are also restaurants nearby.

The monthly rent includes the water bill, seasonal swimming pool, and internet for new tenants. Tenants only pay: electrical bills and trash fees.

It's a Mobile Home structure originally, but it's not in a rental park; you will have a fenced yard because we own the land. All the interior finishes are normal single-family standards because we put over $60k into renovating the whole interior.

One carport, two storage units, and a 600 sq ft deck on the sides. 4 to 6 car parking spots on the driveway and carport. A Trane brand Heat Pump provides Heat and cooling, and new PVC roofing with better insulation was just added recently in 2026.

Three adults(max), one couple with one child, or just one couple would be preferred to rent this house due to the house sitting on the septic sewer system. At least one American citizen or legal permanent resident must sign a lease agreement under HOA CCRS.

A credit score above 700 will be required for 1st+last month's rent and a $2,650.00 security deposit; a credit score under 690 will be required for 1st+last month's rent and a $5,300.00 security deposit due to the eviction process normally taking more than two months.

Renters have to pay the trash fee and own electric bill. Renters also need to maintain, clean up the yard and roof every month.

I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
