The bedroom is furnished but can also be offered unfurnished.

It is listed as shared housing but I will be off-site most, if not all of the time.
You will effectively get a private use of the whole house with my room locked and off-limits.
Since you will be sole occupant of the house, utilities will become 100% of your responsibility.
No dogs, I will consider tenant having 1 cat

    "My fiancé has lived here in the neighborhood for seven years and five years in this house. I’ve lived here for a year. There are lots of things that I love about Canton. People take care of their street facing yards by decorating with planters, patio furniture, and other city favorites. On my block, we’ve had block parties, backyard cookouts, Sunday football, and happy hour with our neighbors. We look out for each other and help whenever needed. Sometimes that includes getting each other’s mail from the stoop and sometimes it means letting a neighbor look at your street cam footage. The added bonus is that we are part of a social sports league and a fantasy football league with a few of our neighbors. "
