Description

Ranch style 3/2 house in a wonderful neighborhood on a good sized lot. This home has a fenced, big backyard and 1 car attached garage. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, the kitchen has electric range, fridge and dishwasher and a large pantry. The master bedroom is large enough for a king sized bed and has a walk in closet and a full bath. AC unit is only a few years old. Laundry hookups are in the garage.

Smoking is not permitted in house or garage. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. (Electric, water, trash) Looking for a tenant with income of close to $5000 or more and good rental references. I don't charge an application fee but would appreciate it if you would tell me the size and ages of those in your family, monthly income, describe pets, rental history, when you would like to move in, etc. Please don't apply if you have an eviction or criminal history. NO large or aggressive dog breeds!

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
