This spacious, historic home has tons of updates on the edge of downtown Lancaster with easy access to downtown events and amazing restaurants. This large home showcases a vintage fireplace, gorgeous woodwork, newly redone original floors, high ceilings, and original built-ins. The home has an entryway, formal parlor/office, living room, half-bath, large kitchen, and first-floor laundry. The second floor has 3 large bedrooms and a full bath. The kitchen and baths have brand-new flooring and living room and parlor have restored original hardwood. The home also has new central air conditioning and new windows.

What we love about this space: Definitely the front parlor/office! The incredible fireplace with bookshelves is the best homeworking backdrop we've seen! And it's all real wood. The home also has lots of closets, nooks, and built-ins. The first-floor laundry room off the kitchen also has shelving which is a dreamy, daily wish.

Things to Consider: The parking is on-street, but it's a quiet street without much traffic and our contractors haven't ever had a problem even with their big trucks.

We offer a split rent option at no charge: 1st/15th rent plans available upon request. Utilities are through AEP and Lancaster Municipal and are the residents' responsibility. Well-behaved pets are welcome to apply along with their humans. The home has a large gently sloping partially fenced backyard. Zero $0 application fee. 12 month Lease. This is a strict non-smoking and non-vaping home anywhere on the property due to the insurance requirements on the home.
