    "Selwyn Farms is a great community within the Dilworth/Sedgefield area. It is a very pet-friendly area where you'll constantly see people walking along the loop with their leash in hand. Walkability-wise, you have the Marsh Park and Independence Park within walking distance. Many people walk to the LYNX Light Rail to gain access to the area as well as the CATS bus lines along Marsh, Park and South. Being between South and Park, you have areas like South End to the West and Myers Park to the East. The closest shopping center is within a couple of minutes at Park Road Shopping Center. Uptown is within 10-15 minutes drive and South Park Mall is within 15 minutes. You also have the "Montford" area with dining and nightlife and East Blvd just around the corner.
