The kitchen has granite tile c-tops and a kitchen Island. Backyard has a covered patio, grass and a nice pool which was built in 2007 and is in good shape. Roof replaced in 2011 and both AC units replaced, one in 2008 and one in 2011. Please note brick fireplace not functional but still looks great!
