"This area has hiking, lakes, bike paths, and many parks. It is safe and clean, and great for kids. The neighborhood is pet friendly, and within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, schools (Gilbert Highschool and Jr High, and is right across the street from the Elementary). It is a great starter house or retirement home."
