Easy access to highway and all nearby towns, close to airport, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale. Close to all major shopping malls. Best of all, this custom homes neighborhood has NO active HOA, so, no monthly fees (a huge savings) and no annoying HOA notes intruding into your daily living habits.
