Enjoy a beautiful stay on the shore of the Gulf of Mexico. Property is located close to the parks (Howard Park Beach, Sunset Beach, Honey Island).
Tarpon Springs is historic Greek town with Sponge Docks, also was known as the "Sponge Capital of the World", they are one of the biggest tourist attractions since ever. City is divided by scenic bayous connected by the bridges. You can find there many gift shops, restaurants and cafes.
This one-story villa type detached property is fully furnished with 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom. Amazing location, in very safe and peaceful neighborhood. Master bedroom has large master bathroom. In addition, there is a huge lanai (cathedral ceiling) with beautiful patio furniture where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset.
Villa has also brand-new roof and gutters. It is also handicap accessible. Inside freshly painted and very clean.
Parking spaces: 2 cars can park on the driveway, and additional at the guest parking area.
Washer and Dryer in the unit.
Heated swimming pool and Hot tub are facing the Gulf of Mexico, both are within 3 min. walking distance from the unit. Welcome those who enjoy fishing.
Few minutes drive to stores like: Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walmart or Walgreens.
Only 35 min. north of St. Petersburg and 40 min from Tampa Airport.

Electric bill charges will be deducted from Security Deposit amount.
No smoking allowed. Small pets allowed.
