About this House

This is a one bedroom ground level apartment. The address is hidden, due to privacy concerns. I have added a picture of the area so you can look around the neighborhood, which is quiet, clean and very safe.

Close to 4 bus lines Q13, Q15, Q16 and Q28 with direct access to Main Street, a 20min walk to 7 train, a 10min walk to LIRR. Only a few blocks to Bowne Park. We are close to shops, parks, restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets. Tree-lined Street. Street parking only.

Water and electricity is included. Please note there is no gas stove, but there is a microwave to cook some meals. There is a new refrigerator. Every room has been recently painted. Please reach out via the Zillow app/website. Thanks.

    "They’d like to see other neighbors walking their pets. Neighbors don’t usually talk to each other and there’s very few patches of grass for dogs to walk on. I’m in Barclay and parson and that’s how it is here. There are other parts of Flushing which are real nice and better maintained. All in all I feel safe in flushing, more so than most other parts of New York. So you will enjoy walking your pet peacefully. Also there are barely any rats. In 3 years I’ve only come across four at most here in flushing and I walk everyday. Do you don’t have to worry about your pet getting a disease that way. Beware though of the endless spits everywhere. It’s gross "
