Only small, well-behaved dogs with no documented or observed history of aggressive behavior will be considered for approval. Tenants who maintain a dog on the premises are required to carry adequate renters insurance and must provide verifiable proof of coverage prior to the animal's occupancy. Documentation of renters insurance reflecting a minimum liability coverage of $300,000.
We do charge a $55 per person application fee, and all tenants will be screened for credit, criminal background, and previous evictions.
