Parking is on street, located in front of the unit.

Fixed utilities of $175 added to base rent of $675, making total monthly rent $850 with all utilities (electric/gas, water/sewer, and trash pickup) being paid by landlord. One year lease required with deposit of $850.

Locked thermostat is kept at 71 degrees during winter and air conditioning is 74 degrees during summer. No additional heating or cooling appliances allowed.

A stove, refrigerator, and microwave are provided

This unit is smoke free and does not allow any animals.

A fee of $55 for the occupancy permit is due when the deposit is collected.

    "This is a beautiful neighborhood with a lot of diversity. It has character and old fashion appeal. Large homes, duplex and apartments with its originality. The community has survived the worst although the love and spirit of the city is here. Perfectly located in the middle of everything, the smell of Fast Eddies Chicken or fried rice from the Hong Kong house decorates the air. I love it here, it’s safe with the beautiful mixture of people from all walks of life. Like with any city this area has its flaws, yet the flaws is what makes the beauty of it all!"
