The first floor features a bright, open layout with the living room, dining area (table included), and kitchen all flowing together. The space gets tons of natural light, even during Ithaca's long winter months. The washer and dryer, a full bathroom with shower, an office area, and the third bedroom are also located on this floor.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has its own private full bathroom. A second bedroom is located across the hall from another full bathroom.

Move-in date: November 1, 2026, though we're flexible please reach out if you need a different start date (as late as January 1, 2027).

This sublease will run through the end of June. If you're interested in staying longer, we'd be happy to connect you with our landlord about signing a longer-term lease.

We love this neighborhood! The house is right on Cascadilla Creek, and you can walk along the gorge all the way up to Cornell's campus. It's about a 5-minute walk to Gimme Coffee, a 15-minute walk to the Ithaca Farmers Market in one direction, and a 15-minute walk to downtown Ithaca in the other.

Owner pays for wifi. Other utilities are paid by tenant.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
