Oh, and did I mention the location? With a walk score of 96 and beloved Ovenbird Bakery visible from the front door, this location can't be beat! Easy walk to Harbor East, Harbor Point, Fells Point, and Downtown/Inner Harbor. Steps away from Gia's Cafe, La Scala, Amicci's, Benny's, Osteria Da Amedeo, Chiapparelli's, and all of the wonderful restaurants of Little Italy. Mere blocks from Whole Foods, Ekiben, CVS, Sweetgreen, Kneads Bakery and Cafe, Bin 604 Winery, Starbucks, the luxury shops and restaurants of Harbor East, and the bohemian shops of Fells Point.
$1050/mo with minimum 12 month lease. Tenant pays their own electric (typically ~$50-70/mo) and 25% of the water bill (typically ~$25/mo). Cable/Wifi hookup available at tenant's expense.
