About this House

Welcome home! Perched high up on Bear Path Lane, you'll be able to catch some gorgeous views from your deck. This four bedroom two and a half bath Colonial has had many improvements in the past seven years. A 50 year roof with transferable warranty is only two years old. Just one year ago a new furnace and AC with top of the line filtration system was installed. The sprinkler system was updated and the backyard is fully fenced. You can enjoy a newer deck with wirelessly controlled LED lights. First floor bath was beautifully updated. Hardwood floors adorn the entire first floor. Convenient second floor laundry with brand new (June 2022) Samsung washer and dryer. Primary bedroom has a walk in closet and bath. Another bedroom at the end of the hall has a huge walk in closet, or it could be an office. Need more space? The unfinished basement has great possibilities. Sellers have installed 60,000 BTU emergency, vent less, natural-gas heaters for your convenience. Easy to show this Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Can close August 1st or later.

"Hudson is a typical New England residential town. Homes are affordable, the schools are good, and the residents are active in the community. Multiple events throughout the year brings the community together including Old Home Days festival, July 4th fireworks, Hudson motor speedway, and lots of events at Bensons Park. Benson Park is beautiful with an amazing 9/11 memorial, walking trails, playground, and off-leash dog park. The walk around the lake is beautiful and the history of the park is worth checking out. Hudson is a commuter town with Route 3 and I93 only minutes away. While Hudson is very small, all the amenities of Nashua and Salem provide excellent malls and restaurants. . . and the shopping is TAX FREE!!! "
  • Christine
"I've lived here for 4 years. Great family neighborhood!"
  • Leona D.
"I have lived here 10 years and my daughter also lived here. It is a place where you can let your kids play freely. Dogs and cats welcomed."
