About this House

Imagine the possibilities! This beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is nestled in a desirable, established neighborhood and has been lovingly cared for by its original owner. The roof is 2 years old and the heating system is brand new. Designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, the home was thoughtfully expanded to support the owner's love of tinkering and hobbies, creating exceptional space and versatility. The opportunity to buy a property like this one does not come around often! The oversized garage addition is a standout feature, offering the opportunity to create a multi-generational home or an income stream by converting it to an Accessory Dwelling Unit. Hudson's zoning allows for an ADU up to a generous 950 sq ft. Town water and sewer and natural gas facilitate the option of adding an ADU. The oversized garage also provides the opportunity for a home-based business contingent on the town granting a special exception. Or keep the garage as is and enjoy its ample room for storing your RV, camper, snowmobiles, motorcycles, boat, or business equipment. Whether you're a hobbyist, entrepreneur, or simply in need of extra storage, the large space provides endless opportunities for projects, recreation, or workspace.

"it's a very friendly community I love they way neighbors embrace other neighbors always good mornings and considerate of noise at decent hours .I would love to continue to see my grandkids enjoy a positive community "
  • nedaley
"Hudson is a typical New England residential town. Homes are affordable, the schools are good, and the residents are active in the community. Multiple events throughout the year brings the community together including Old Home Days festival, July 4th fireworks, Hudson motor speedway, and lots of events at Bensons Park. Benson Park is beautiful with an amazing 9/11 memorial, walking trails, playground, and off-leash dog park. The walk around the lake is beautiful and the history of the park is worth checking out. Hudson is a commuter town with Route 3 and I93 only minutes away. While Hudson is very small, all the amenities of Nashua and Salem provide excellent malls and restaurants. . . and the shopping is TAX FREE!!! "
  • Christine
"I've lived here for 4 years. Great family neighborhood!"
  • Leona D.
"I have lived here 10 years and my daughter also lived here. It is a place where you can let your kids play freely. Dogs and cats welcomed."
