Slight ocean view from all three stories. $1500 per room including utilities and wifi. Bathroom and garage spot shared between the two available rooms. Laundry upstairs right next to bedrooms. Community is brand new - me and my wife are the first owners - pool should be up and running soon!! Flexible with lease options. Furnished room can stay furnished if you'd like, or we can remove.
We are a married couple (both 26) with a super sweet puppy named Cody (6 months). I work from home and my husband travels for work most of the time.
