The 2nd bedroom and full hall bath are on the opposite side of the unit with their own hallway off the foyer.

Parkview Shopping Center and Wislon Park are directly across the street from Mountainview within a 2 minute walk. Bike and Walking trails directly behind Mountainview take one to the Picket Post Swim club or to Valley Forge National Park. Chesterbrook Coporate Center is 2 minutes drive down Chesterbrook Blvd and Great Valley Corporate Center and King of Prussia Mall are 5 minute drives in opposite directions on Route 202.

Association Leasing Policy requires a leasing fee (already indicated in list of fees) and renteres insurance and 12 month minimum lease. Included with rent are all common area maintenance items (snow removal, lawn care, parking, etc). Not included in rent are utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas) and communications (internet and cable).
