Kitchen has dishwasher, oven/cooktop, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. New flooring installed in most areas, new light fixtures, and ceiling fans. Backyard with trees and great neighbors. "Lots of kid/ family safe activities through the year including a town wide family friendly “fall festival” at the end of October. There is a great park for kids to play and a large duck pond/ park for families to relax at. The town has a few good places to eat all within walking distance."

"You always see people walking dogs around town as well as at both local parks. Many apartments in town allow pets, including dogs. "
