We're offering our fully furnished mountain home for rent while and are very flexible on timing, length of stay, and overall arrangement. Our priority is finding the right person, couple, or family who will enjoy and care for the home.

The house is set on a quiet, private road in Evergreen, surrounded by nature, yet it's much closer to I-70 and Denver than most mountain properties, making it easy and convenient year-round. The road is fully maintained, including snow removal in the winter, and the home has reliable high-speed internet that works well for remote work.

Inside, the home is comfortable, well cared for, and thoughtfully laid out with a clean, modest-mountain feel that supports everyday living. It's well suited for families, couples, or solo renters who value comfort, calm and convenience. Pets of all sizes are welcome with no additional pet rent/fees.

This is a fully furnished, 30-day minimum rental. Rent varies based on length of stay, with more favorable terms for longer arrangements. For shorter stays, an all-inclusive option with utilities added is available.

We're Colorado locals and are temporarily away due to military-related work, and are hoping to find the right person or family to enjoy our home while we're gone. Flexibility and fit matter most to us, so please don't hesitate to reach out and start a conversation.

We're flexible on rate and length and the rent is variable based on length of stay. The listed rate reflects a mid-range term, with higher rent for shorter stays and reduced rent available for longer arrangements. We're happy to talk through timing and find a structure that makes sense for both sides.

The home is fully furnished and available with a 30-day minimum. Utilities are typically handled separately, though for shorter stays we can offer an all-inclusive option that includes utilities, high-speed internet, and winter snow removal at a flat monthly amount.

We care deeply about this home and are hoping to find the right person or family to enjoy it while we're away. We'd welcome a conversation so feel free to reach out.
