    "block parties are wonderful with lots of barbecue and good friends and Neighbors the local church has a couple of events every year that they close off a couple of the streets and set up rides for the children and events and spectator event live music in the Parks and entertainment and wonderful Beach nearby Orchard Beach is lovely and very easy access to Manhattan and the wonderful beaches out east a very accessible as well as the wonderful Upstate mountains and Westchester County and all they have to offer is also in very close proximity very close shopping Transit"

The school is just a mad house and the high school is no better your gonna have to put you kid in catholic school. The rents are crazy high and the houses are over priced. Lots of kids that hang out in the area. "

The amenities in the neighborhood are good for family upbringing and with public transportation so accessible I think Pelham Gardens as the potential to be an amazing community."
