Centrally located. 1 mile to the beach, close to downtown Long Beach, Shoreline Village, The Pike, the Aquarium, shopping, restaurants, theaters, and much more!

$1,695/month. Security deposit is $500. 1 year lease. Cats and small dogs under 25 lbs are allowed with an additional $250 pet deposit. We do have breed restrictions.

We do not take Section 8.

Approval of the unit is based on income and credit score (we request you make at least 3 times the rental amount from a regular job as we will need paystubs to verify income. Credit score approval varies per application. NOTE: Social security income, disability income, or unemployment is NOT consider a paystub, sorry.) Credit check fee is $20/person. Income verification required. Only outdoor smokers, please. Income verification necessary (pay stubs or bank statements). To expedite the process, provide the following: 1) completed application, 2) recent pay stub, 3) copy of driver's license.
