Located in a convenient area of Mesa with easy access to numerous attractions and activities, many that can be reached without having to get on the freeway. 5am-12am courtesy patrol with 24/7 access to give you peace of mind.

Property is an Elite Park Model in a friendly RV community. The main home is a surprisingly spacious 380sf with and abundance of storage, a detached 225sf Casita/bonus room equipped with a sofa bed, full bathroom, and television which also doubles as a quiet and private designated workspace (or very nice doghouse, ha). A small shop area located in the shed/laundry room is great for those who like to tinker!

Minimum of one year lease; subsequent years increase 3% matching Mesa Spirits space rent increases. Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Application and credit check required. Contract to be signed upon approval by landlord and Mesa Spirit. At least 30 days' notice for move-out. We strive to make your next home a pleasurable experience!
