The main home is a surprisingly spacious 380sf with and abundance of storage, a detached 225sf Casita/bonus room equipped with a sofa bed, full bathroom, and television which also doubles as a quiet and private designated workspace (or very nice doghouse, ha). A small shop area located in the shed/laundry room is great for those who like to tinker!

Minimum of one year lease; subsequent years increase 3% matching Mesa Spirits space rent increases. Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Application and credit check required.
