Beautiful large bedroom w/ walk in closet and private bathroom available in this group home.

Beautiful Master Bedroom w/ Walk in Closet, Soaker Tub, Double Sink in group house

Master bedroom available on the second of three floors of a group house in quiet, tucked away Eckington. The bedroom is roughly 13' x 10' feet with bay windows, a massive walk in closet, and double sink bathroom with a soaker bathtub and separate shower. The bedroom is perfect for a couple or single person looking for more space. The bedroom is on the second of three floors and as a corner house gets tons of sunlight!

There is a living space downstairs on the first floor for everyone and a smaller living area upstairs on the third floor, generally for the top two rooms so the house is spaced out nicely. On the main floor is open concept with a kitchen, dining room and living room, and a half bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and is big enough so that multiple roommates can cook simultaneously (six burner stove). The kitchen features a gas stove, oven, microwave, and anything else you may need. The house has plenty of storage for everyone and feels big enough that no one is ever on anyone's toes, even while working from home. There is even space for your bike on the first floor!

The house was completely redone in 2017 and still feels like new. As a corner house, there is a massive yard, patio deck, driveway, and gets tons of natural light.

The house is current three women in their late 20's and early 30's. Open to any gendered roommate (LGBTQ+ friendly). When you respond, please tell us a little about yourself, what you like to do, your preferences in roommates, and a little about your daily routine. Happy to do video walkthrough & meet and greet first.

"Excellent location for getting to all quadrants within 20 minutes or less. Convenient to bus, metro rail, car share, bike share, you name it, it can be found here. Service is also readily available at all hours here unlike some communities that become a ghost town after 9pm. "
  • Andy M.
"It is very pet friendly. Virtually all my neighbors including myself have cats and dogs."
  • Andy M.
"Eckington is among the many up and coming areas in DC. Eckington is unique because it has corners reaching each general city setting with commerce, warehouses, housing, and metro stations that run right through it. What makes it stand out is that it maintains a neighborhood feel without jeopardizing the city aspect of DC life."
  • Andy M.
"Easy commute -- it's within 15 min of virtually any destination in DC. I always take advantage of the metro station or super affordable ride sharing services. Although buses do run throughout the neighborhood, I have never used it."
  • Andy M.
"A lot of great families here looking for the same thing. Convenience, affordability, and above all safety."
  • Keaerra W.

"I have lived in Eckington for 4 years now and have send a wonderful transition of real estate improvements, great neighbors and huge reduction in crime , littering and vagrancy.
