The house is fully furnished- this includes beds, couches, tables, and televisions. You can easily walk to restaurants and breweries or to the Outlets at Silverthorne and Target for shopping, The Silverthorne Rec Center, Rainbow Park, and the Blue River Walking/Biking path are also just a few blocks away.

Grill on the deck or relax on the two large couches watching a 60 inch HD television with a Blu-Ray player and Roku in the upstairs living room. Also enjoy the game room with a full sized foosball table, dartboard, arcade game, 40 inch television, and stereo. There is also a ping pong table in the garage. There is a full sized futon in the downstairs living room in addition to a full sized washer and dryer. There is an attached 1 car garage in addition to parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has one full size bed.
Enjoy the new Bluebird Market Hall just 5 blocks away with over 10 restaurants and bars inside. Sauce on the Blue Italian restaurant, the Mint Steakhouse, Kucu Tequila Bistro, Angry James Brewery and Eclectic Bar and Grill are also easily walkable from the house. National forest access is just a short block away for hiking and snowshoeing and the Blue River Bike Trail is two blocks away and winds all the way to Lake Dillon (two miles up) and connects to the Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain trails.
