    "I know my neighbors by name and we often gather for conversations and have group get togethers. It is on a private road, so all the neighbors take care of plowing, road maintenance. We also communicate through a private social media site. Everyone is very friendly. It is an unincorporated area which present challenges, but we present a solid front when working with the county."

    "Lake Bluff is a wonderful place to live and play. There is a vibrant small town with great restaurants, cute boutiques, a bike shop, library, and even it's own post office!! The Lake Bluff train station is conveniently located in town as well. School, parks, recreation center with swimming pool, a golf course are all within walking distance to town! The community has young families, many parents who grew up here and either came back or stayed to raise there own!! I love this town, it's like the Mayberry of the North Shore!!"
