It is also a block away from the permanent home of the highly-rated Brent Elementary School, which is the in-bounds school for the home.
The home is super sunny, with high ceilings, an open floor plan, built-ins, hardwood floors, recessed lights, and oversize windows throughout. The home is approximately 1400 square feet, not counting the unfinished basement.
The first floor has an open floor plan comprising the kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen has granite counters and a cut out opening it to the rest of the home.
