The current rental rate is $850 a month which includes water, sewer and garbage, In addition to an $850 security deposit that is due at move-in. 12 month lease.
There is also a non-refundable $55 application fee that covers a credit check and a criminal background check. We do not accept any government programs and or Section 8 vouchers.

These units are also pet friendly but require a $500 non-refundable pet fee for a dog and a $250.00 for a cat. Nothing over 30 lbs. Two Max!

    "My commute is minimal because I work at Southeastern, which is one of the reasons I chose to live here. That being said, the traffic in Hammond is very seldom bad, so commuting around town is never an issue. Going to and from Baton Rouge can be a problem if travel times aren’t considered. "
