Thank you for your interest in SECO Properties. The 1BD/1BA rental unit located at 301 E. Robert St. in Hammond is still available for rent. This is one of four units in this house.

The current rental rate is $775 a month in addition to a security deposit of $775 due at move-in.

The base rent also includes the following utilities: Water, Sewerage, Trash.

A non-refundable $55 application fee will be assessed to cover a credit check and criminal background check. We do not accept any government programs and or Section 8 vouchers.

These units are also pet friendly but require a $500 non-refundable pet fee for a dog and a $250.00 for a cat. Nothing over 30 lbs. Two Max!

    "My commute is minimal because I work at Southeastern, which is one of the reasons I chose to live here. That being said, the traffic in Hammond is very seldom bad, so commuting around town is never an issue. Going to and from Baton Rouge can be a problem if travel times aren’t considered. "
