Pet Policy

We love animals! A small under 25lbs , well-behaved dog or cat is welcome must get along with other pets on the property. There is also a large extra horse stall for a person traveling with a horse for an extra $375 a month. You would be required to feed, and clean your own stall.

This tiny home sits on the same property as our main residence. We're a friendly family who values privacy, kindness, and a calm environment. Perfect for someone who enjoys a rural feel with convenient access to Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad.

Location
Just across from Guajome Regional Park. 15 min to beaches, shopping 5 min away, and the 76 freeway. Easy access to hiking, local farms, and the coastal lifestyle.

This space was rented as a airbnb for the last few years and we are looking to slow down and take a break for a bit and not have to deal with flipping it every few days.

Cleaning lady provided once per month at no cost to you for a deep cleaning to keep the unit in good condition.

All utilities included. Lease terms are flexible. Lease is month to month and up to a year and can evaluate at 9months if we will extend another year.
