About this House

Room for rent in my 3-bedroom apartment.
$850 total per month!
includes: utilities/electricity, cable (Youtube TV), wifi, and is next to the Puyallup Riverwalk trail. The bedroom is furnishes with a twin bed and TV and night stand.
Ground level apartment.

I work in Public Safety and Healthcare. I'm also working on my Masters degree, so I am busy and not home very much.
I get my son (17 months old) every other weekend. He has his own room.
I have a lovable dog (Yellow lab) who is 4 years old.

Required: No criminal record/history.

Also, if you are interested in a bigger room, I can move out of my Master size room into the smaller spare. And you can rent the Master room for $975 total.

No smoking inside.
