Level 3 has the primary bedroom suite with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms and a shared bath are also located on this level. There is also laundry on this level.
Owner will take care of all utilities, HOA, and high speed internet. There are 3 TVs (level 0 bedroom, living room, primary bedroom) with Roku for your streaming pleasure. We offer house cleaning for $150/mo and pet waste pickup for $130/mo.
