    "Iā€™ve lived in Randolph for 31 years, my husband for his entire life of 58 years. Since we live on a main thoroughfare, traffic noise is an issue. Also, we donā€™t get trick or treaters on Halloween. We are only close to one of our neighbors and plan to move in the next year."
