  • Michael Kelsey
"The neighborhood is very friendly, many neighbors walk around the neighborhood for exercise. Many families have children, and they can go to the dead end street, to play soccer, baseball, fly kites, walk the trails in Old Troy Park. The neighborhood is private, unless you live in the neighborhood, or you have friends who live here, there’s no reason to enter the neighborhood."
  • Dan Seaman
"Parsippany is a highway town with not much going on in it. So for commuters it great! But if you want a town with festivities, a lot of restaurants, or things to do. Not the place. "
  • Nikki Pro
"I work from home. Everyone needs a car here. Public transport is very limited to specific areas of town. "
  • Trulia User
"Diverse community with strong sense of family. Local events are amazing and many are geared at family fun"
  • Dan Seaman
"I commute 1 hour to ny state. West cheater county. I travel in the early morning so travel time is about 1 hour. "
  • Aditya Gadepalli
"20+ years in the community. Love it. Good neighbors. Quiet at night. Near highway though. The town has been declining a bit, as mom and pops close down. "
  • Garofaloa6
"We see dogs being walked all the time! Lots of streets to walk all over the neighborhood especially if you’d like to change it up every day. "
  • Taylorjaffe1
"In our apartment complex, there are a lot of sidewalks. I think that makes for great walks, I will say that I don’t think there’s a lot of grass to run because of the road but enough"
  • Agustina Mansilla
"People don’t leash their dogs. You will walk your dog and get attacked. Happened 3x already. Looking to get out of the neighborhood. Town does not care as long as they getting their money for dog being registered. "
  • Amy Lamperti
"Luminaries at the holidays, fireworks and town farmers market and concerts as well as healthy competition among schools"
  • Trulia User
"I use my car for commute. It’s a very friendly area and I am not scared to drive at night. Area has lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby"
  • Anup T.

  • Brittney D.
"I have a dog and walk her daily through the neighborhood. Great parks and public areas. We frequently see neighbors walking dogs off all sizes. Families go for runs, walks, bicycling activities as well. I don’t particularly think there are any negatives about owning a dog in this area. The houses have nice fenced yards as well. "
  • Ashleigh F.
"Dogs aren't allowed in my complex, otherwise I see them in my town all the time!:) There are lots of pet stores here as well. "
  • Cindy H.

"Easy, I can take back roads or a plethora of highways, including major ones like the parkway and turnpike "
  • Donna C.
"This neighborhood used to be awesome now it sucks. I wouldn’t liv e here now if you paid me. This neighborhood used to be well maintained and safe, it no longer is. This also used to be an affordable middle class neighborhood . It no longer is. The smaller homes are being bought up and ripped down to be replaced by mini mansions which do not fit in with the older homes in the area."
  • Veronica S.
