The entire property is gated and surrounded by a 8' bamboo fences and 10' moroccan doors. It is situated on a quiet and lovely venice beach walk street. It is steps from the beach as well as from the venice canals. There is a lovely private garden with an unusual Indonesian teak hut giving it an exotic tropical feel.
The large wall to wall sliding doors that open up to the garden allow one to experience an expansive inside/outside living experience/ situation. i.e. an ideal tropical oasis that is calming cathartic and a lovely healing space and escape from the intensity of our current world.
 ( a small dog may be considered with owners permission. sorry but no cats are allowed)
