My tenant is looking for roommates to share a large 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment unit in Venice Beach. Property is very close to Venice Muscle Beach and Paddle Tennis Courts. Steps from the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Abbot Kinney is ~1 mile away. The entire apartment was just painted. 4 brand new mini-splits (HVAC), new stove/oven and new washer and dryer were recently installed. A private bathroom, parking and utilities and (once a month) cleaning are included.

2 Rooms are available. The larger room has capacity for 2 people and is $3,000. The 2nd room has capacity for 1 person and is $2,500.

Utilities, parking and (once a month) cleaning are included.

Prefer a long term tenant. However, duration of sub-lease can be negotiated. No security deposit.
