one bedroom with a closet and two windows for rent. you will share the upstairs of a home with two other male roommates. Cleaning and cleaning supplies are shared expenses and labor. rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. the home is located close to Broadmeadow Brook where you can hike nature trails as well. we are a very clean and quiet home we would expect the same from a new tenant.

renter is expected to keep a clean house. renters expected to be respectful of other roommates and landlord. renter is to have minimal overnight guests unless communicated with landlord.

one of the roommates is very athletic and gym-oriented. he is very social and likes to keep the house very clean. the other roommate travels a lot for work and is usually home on weekends he is very friendly.
