What Locals Say about Grafton

  • Dana_bray
"There is plenty of open space. Most people have larger than average yards. Some parts of town don’t have public sidewalks so that can be dangerous when walking."
  • Reeve Carvalho
"It’s a safe place to live, has plenty of public schools. However, the one thing I would say that’s negative is there still many places that do not have enough sidewalks "
  • B9pkb7ckxx
"I love Grafton. If I can afford a house here I will absolutely buy it. This has been the best community I’ve ever lived in. They are so welcoming and helpful. Buy nothing Grafton is just an entire community of such incredibly generous and kind people. "

"No commute as I am retired and don’t have to do that any more! When I did work it was just fine. Of course, I left my house at 6 AM so not much competition at that time "
  • Dana_bray
"Fairly easy commute. Close to several major routes, including the Mass Pike. Only minutes from the train station. Roads are well maintained and safe."
  • Aashna D.
"It's a family environment that's safe for kids, with local schools in the town area. I haven't really heard of any crime in the last 2 years that I've stayed here. But keep an eye on your Amazon packages, someone keeps trying to steal mine within 20 mins of delivery. Someone has their eye on the Amazon truck, it seems. Besides that, I feel very safe in Grafton and would love to start a family here. Also, there are so many kids around here on their bicycles, it'll be easy for any new kids to make friends in the neighborhood."
  • Dave M.
"Farmers market are the best. All neighborhoods are well maintained and friendly. Many area walking trails "
  • Sarin.hanson
"No sidewalk on our road, but good for dog walking otherwise. A lot of dogs aeound and people walking."
  • Kcoff25
"Narrow windy roads make for a somewhat unsafe environment for pets to roam free without any supervision"
  • Mrq72384
"There is nothing special about this neighborhood or the house that I stay in. Might be nice around the area but definitely not worth the money I pay and the commute I have "
  • Shawn c.
"The people in our neighborhood are amazing. The houses are well built. The views are spectacular We love Grafton "
  • David A.

"Very safe and quite neighborhoods.Take evening walks, walk your dog with no worries like the bigger towns and cities."
  • GraftonRes
"Right off the Mass Pike, people are super friendly and it's very pet friendly. It's hard to find a better community in the area in my opinion...just wish Grafton had more restaurants...but it's in a good location close to a lot of things. I've lived here for about 6 years and still really like it."
  • Northgraftonguy
"Outstanding town and community, Only moving because I am getting old and the place is to big for me."
  • Suresh
"I love this neighborhood and so do my kids. Lot of yound kids around, if you have kids and want them to play outside. Lot of back yard for this lot, so you can relax on your deck while the kids play in the lawn"
