I have two rooms for rent in my 3 bedroom home. I occupy the primary/ master bedroom. One of the rooms available for rent is small, cozy, and furnished with an en-suite private bath. The second room is quite large and also furnished with a queen bed and dresser. There is a bathroom adjacent to the room which will be shared with any house guests. Both bedrooms have been recently updated with fresh paint, ceiling fans, and luxury vinyl floors.
All occupants will have full-house privileges that include access to the kitchen, dining space, living room, and washer/ dryer.
The home is located in a gated HOA community with a private lake, pool, jacuzzi, and basketball court. Shopping centers and walking/ hiking trails are just a few steps away. Rent includes utilities.

    "The worst ever on the freeways. Lots of accidents. Roads are not wide enough. Motorcyclist are always having problems fitting through between the cars. I wish that they were not allowed to go between us. When they pass you if you didn’t see them coming, they rev their engines and scare you in two weeks a while back I seen three different motorcycles down on the freeway between here and San Diego, the road that the Oasis is on is so noisy when I drive on it it definitely needs repairs."
