About this House

This is a very clean one bedroom one bath apartment located above a barn garage in the heart of Apple Hill between High Hill Ranch and Boa Vista Orchards. With approximately 600 square feet of living space, the bedroom is separated from the main room by a hallway, and the main room includes the bath, kitchen, and the living area.

Each room has its own mini-split heater and a/c.

The unit comes with a refrigerator, a parking area, and a private entrance.

The owners live in the main house on the property. You can drive by to check the location of the unit but do not drive into the property or bother the occupants. As this is a shared property with limited parking spaces, the tenant will be allowed no more than two cars on the property.

$1500/mo. $2000/sec. The tenant will pay an additional $100 per month for utilities. No pets.

Proof of a valid renters insurance policy, with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage, will be required within 14 days of the start of the lease.

    "Placerville is a mixture of Sierra Foothills with bigger city amenities. It's a beautiful area and has a rich history connected to the Gold Rush in 1848. Plenty of recreational opportunities for all ages. "

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
