Each room has its own mini-split heater and a/c. The unit comes with a refrigerator, a parking area, and a private entrance.

The owners live in the main house on the property. You can drive by to check the location of the unit but do not drive into the property or bother the occupants. As this is a shared property with limited parking spaces, the tenant will be allowed no more than two cars on the property.

$1400/mo. $1900/sec. The tenant will pay an additional $100 per month for utilities. No pets.

Proof of a valid renters insurance policy, with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage, will be required within 14 days of the start of the lease.

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
