Dog negotiable with deposit and monthly pet rent of $35. No cats. Tenants must be able to mow the lawn regularly during growing season and do snow removal when needed. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Rental application required.

Seeking a renter for a minimum of 12 month lease beginning July 1, 2026. Rent is $3,150 per month + utilities. Expense deposit of $3,150 required. One dog considered with $500 expense deposit and $35 per month pet rent. First and last month's rent and the deposits can be paid over the first three months of the lease. Rent to be paid through Turbo Tenant app.
