Description

4 Bedroom 3 Bath (1 Room & 1 Full Bath Downstairs) House with large backyard. Nice & Quite Neighborhood.

A small dog will be considered with extra pet security deposit.

We decided to remove all existing carpets and brand new wood floor will be installed on 04/18.

Tenants moved out on April 5th and our housekeeper has been busy cleaning & repairing. Condition is not as good as we expected so the open house dates are delayed after the April 18th. We will send invitation email to pre-screened applicants, who already submitted Zillow credit application. We received many qualified applications already (above average credit with minimum income of 2.5 times of rent). So, if you don't think qualify, we suggest not to spend money for application.

Please submit Zillow online application only if you can qualify. We will do showings for ONLY those, who submitted applications and we will email invitations to only pre-approved applicants. We will make a decision on the open house day.
