This is a place we've truly loved living in over the past few years. It's not just a rental for us, it's been our home, and we're looking for someone who will appreciate it the same way.

The house sits in a quiet, well-established neighborhood with easy access to everything Wheat Ridge and the surrounding Denver area have to offer. You're close to great parks, trails, and local spots, while still having quick access to downtown when you need it.

Inside, the home offers a comfortable and functional layout with plenty of natural light throughout. It's a space that feels easy to live in, whether you're relaxing at home, working remotely, or hosting friends. The yard provides additional space to enjoy Colorado's weather, whether that's morning coffee or winding down in the evening.
